Specialties

Unique to Mercer County, Robert Wood Johnson OB/GYN Group Hamilton provides access to Board Certified Specialists in Maternal-Fetal Medicine, Reproductive Endocrinology (Infertility), Urogynecology and Gynecologic Oncology.

When your health or the health of your unborn child requires special attention, we provide it in the comfort of the practice you know and trust. Our pledge to you, the patient, is to provide the highest level of comprehensive obstetrical and gynecological care possible – and to provide it in a convenient and comfortable location. Our team approach to your health provides security in the knowledge that the most experienced physicians are right at your fingertips.

Maternal-Fetal Medicine includes the management of high-risk pregnancies (maternal diseases such as diabetes, thyroid disorder, hypertension), Level II or high level ultrasound, amniocentesis, and genetic counseling. Our highly trained specialists in Maternal Fetal Medicine will monitor your progress throughout your pregnancy.

If you are experiencing difficulty getting pregnant or suspect that there is a problem with you or your spouse’s fertility, we have specialists available on-site to speak to. Our specialists in Reproductive Endocrinology (Infertility) provide evaluation and counseling of infertile couples. They are trained in the diagnosis and management of endocrinologic disorders (such as polycystic ovarian disease and amenorrhea), and assisted reproductive technology (ovulation induction, human menopausal gonadotrophins, in-vitro fertilization).

Urogynecology covers the evaluation of genitourinary conditions (genital and urinary organs) such as stress urinary incontinence, cystocele, vaginal prolapse, and pelvic reconstructive surgery. Our specialists help women restore their quality of life.

Gynecologic Oncologists cover the diagnosis, management and treatment of gynecologic malignancies, including vaginal, cervical, uterine and ovarian cancers. These specialists are highly trained in diagnosing, treating and even educating women on the prevention of gynceologic cancers.
